Debtsource is pleased to announce that with effect from 5 January 2022, our Debtman system will be upgraded to an improved user experience.
Over the past 10 months we have developed, tested, and implemented a revised online solution which will result in more streamlined access for our clients and internal users. The system will be faster with an improved look and feel.
Users logging on to Debtman as from 5 January 2022 will automatically be redirected to the new system, and there is no requirement for different passwords etc. The navigation experience will look different to the existing solution, but it is intuitive, and most users should be able to easily navigate the new site. Any users requiring support can either send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on +27 11 348 7000. Alternatively, users can also contact their nominated Customer Relationship Manager if assistance is required.
The new system lays the platform for exciting Debtman developments which we have planned for 2022. We will communicate these enhancements to our valuable clients as and when they are deployed. The reason why Debtsource exists is to help our clients trade safer, while reaching their organisational goals. To our clients this means turnover growth, less credit risk, improved liquidity, and ultimately more profitable businesses.
